Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

- Unopened
- Unused
- Sealed
- In its original packaging

For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or covered under our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on first-time orders.

If you are not satisfied with your first Orliva purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

This guarantee applies to one opened product per customer/order. Any additional products must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at hello@dailyorliva.com.

Please include:

- Your order number
- Your full name
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short explanation of the problem

If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we will cover the return or replacement cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

- Opened or used products, except under the 30-day satisfaction guarantee
- Products without the original seal
- Products not in their original packaging
- Gift cards
- Final sale items, if clearly marked at the time of purchase

Order Cancellations

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In that case, you may request a return once the order is delivered, subject to this policy.
