Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Address

Orliva is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
